Damages and issues
Please make an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product and contact us immediately on whatsapp at +91-8208560321 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is perceived to be damaged by our team, then we can immediately dispatch a new product within 1-2 working days.

Exchanges
Since all our items are customised, we do not provide exchange of products.
